About.
I love talking with and about women.
What they can bring to your organisation. Why diversity is something you, as a decision taker, want to go for. How to get everybody on board, especially the men. How women themselves can be part of the inclusion process. How women can build a career easier and faster as entrepreneurs or employees.

“ I met Wendy during a big Career event. She gave a really up-tempo, interactive motivational presentation for woman to grow in their career with 14 simple steps. She was flexible in giving the presentation in Dutch or English. Her presentation was really professional, though she had a great way of making us laugh as well. It was (inter)active and direct practice. Wendy is energetic, approachable and positive. I would really recommend her for speeches and presentations!”

“ A few days ago I participated in Wendy’s workshop – “Grow Your Career – 14 tips for women only”. Her warm attitude, funny and open way of presenting definitely made the 1 hour go fast. Besides being well presented, I found the content intersting and to the point. All 14 tips were useful because they mainly described the differences in approach between man and women. But I especially remember the tip about negotiations because even the man in the crowd confirmed it! :)”

“ Today I participated the workshop “How to grow your career”. Wendy told information I wasn’t aware of. For example apply for a vacancy even if you don’t match for 100%.
An another point she made was that if your employer says NO, it means come with another proposal. The example she gave was a salary raise, (employer refused) come with other options like more (paid) holidays, car from the job etc. Very useful tips Wendy!”
